Vekhi AI Technologies FZC values your privacy. This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) describes the privacy practices of Vekhi AI Technologies FZC in connection with the Memaster mobile applications (each, an “App” and collectively, the “Apps”) and the vekhi.com website (the “Site”).
If you choose not to read through this entire Privacy Policy, we want you to leave with a few essential points about Vekhi AI Technologies FZC ’s data privacy practices:
— When you use our Apps or Site, some information about you is processed in order to provide the functionality of the Apps and Site;
— The Apps are mobile applications that allow you to create and edit your User Content for the purpose of generating entertaining content, namely memes;
— We don’t collect your photo albums, even if you grant access to them, and we don’t collect all your photos from your camera — only those you select for use within the App;
— Please note that the App’s functionality may allow you to post your User Content within it; these posts, published under the Creative Commons Zero License (CC0 1.0 Universal), and will remain associated with you, your posts will not be anonymous.
All terms that are not disclosed in this Privacy Policy have the meanings defined in the Terms of Service or applicable law.
If you use other sites or applications provided by Vekhi that are not mentioned in the preamble of this Privacy Policy, different privacy policies and/or privacy notices will apply to you.

1. Information We Process
When you use the Services, we may process the following information:
1. User Content that you upload, access or create by the App. You may select for editing content published within the Apps by other users, or upload from your photo albums or camera (if you have granted the Apps the permission to access your camera or camera roll). We don’t collect your photo albums, even if you grant access to them and we don’t collect all your photos from your camera, but only those you select for using through the App.
You may be allowed to publish your User Content within the Apps under the Creative Commons Zero License (CC0 1.0 Universal). Such content becomes part of the Public Domain but will remain associated with you; your posts will not be anonymous.
2. Information about your interaction with the Apps and Site, such as:
1) how you use the Apps and interact with them, including the features you use, the number of User Content you upload and interact via the App, your preferred language, the date and time when you first installed the Apps and the date and time when you launch the Apps; 2) how you interact with the Site, including sources of referrals to the Site, your preferred language, website you visit before; 3) your consents and permissions that you have provided to the App and Site, as well as your refusals or individual privacy settings.
3. Device related information, such as device model, device type, OS version, device language, device name, type of browser and screen resolution, IP address (with associated city/country location), device identifiers.
4. Purchase confirmations that you are paid subscriber or that you paid for in-App-purchase from your application store.
5. Metadata and other information extracted from the User Content that you upload, access or create (for example, colors, illuminations, size).
Also, your application store may provide us with some information when you launch the App using Sign In with Apple or Sign-In with Google (for example, email address).
Regardless of the processing of some identifiers, such as IP-address, or email address (if we provided with by your application store), that generally considered as personal information, we are not in a position to identify you by your personal name and address on the base of these identifiers.
When you contact us, we may collect information about your name, email address and other communication related information.
We may collect your information from the Apps and the Site using cookies and similar technologies, as described in our Cookie Policy.
The Apps and the Site are not intended for children under 13 years of age (unless another age limit is established by law), as well as for other underage users who require parental consent to process their data. Please do not upload User Content with such individual’s information unless you are their parent or guardian. If you are the guardian or parent of such children, do not allow them to use the Apps or Site.

2. Purposes of processing
We may process your information for the following purposes:
1. To provide you with the Services, such as to ensure the operation of App and Site and provide application functionality, technical support and maintenance, communications about the Site and the App.
2. To improve our App and Site, such as perform analytical research aggregated App users and Site visitors’ data to enhance user experience, the effectiveness and stabilities of Apps and Site.
3. For testing, troubleshooting and researching to ensure the quality and the proper functioning of our service.
4. For marketing and promotion of our Service.
5. For Safety and Fraud prevention.
6. For compliance with law.
Also, we may make personal information into anonymous, aggregated, or de-identified data by removing information that makes the data personal identifiable to you and share it with third parties for our lawful business purposes, including analyzing, improving and promoting the Service.

You may also ask that we delete your information by contacting us or use special deleting option in the Apps setting if available.

1. Our subsidiaries and affiliates, for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy;

Service providers, such as cloud providers, customer support, hosting, analytics, email delivery, marketing, and database management services, that perform services on our behalf or help us operate the Apps and the Site and may use your information only as directed or authorized by us and in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy;
3. Third-party platforms and social media networks, if you are allowed to post your User Content to your social media account. We do not control any third-party platform’s use of your information, which is governed by that third party’s privacy policy and terms and conditions.
4. Professional advisors, such as lawyers and auditors, where necessary in the course of the professional services that they render to us.
We may transfer or assign your personal data in the course of corporate divestitures, consolidations, mergers, acquisition, reorganization or other transfers of assets, or in the event of bankruptcy or dissolution.
We might need to disclose your information to comply with applicable laws, legal requests, and legal processes, such as responding to subpoenas or government authorities’ requests, or for compliance, fraud prevention, and safety purposes mentioned earlier.
Also, we may exchange your information with Apple App Store and Google Play to collect and process payments for subscription to the app and in-App purchases. If we receive from your application store notification about refund request for a subscription or an in-app purchase from you, we may disclose your application store the information regarding your purchase consumption.
If we transfer your personal information internationally, these countries may not provide the same protection as the data protection laws where you are based. Where we transfer information internationally, we make sure a) the data transfer complies with applicable law; and b) the relevant safeguards are in place to afford adequate protection for your personal information.
We utilize commercially reasonable security measures to protect the information gathered through our Services. However, we cannot fully guarantee the security of any information you provide, as malicious entities may attempt to access, disclose, alter, or destroy your data.
We ask for your cooperation in this effort. You are responsible for keeping your information confidential and always managing access to communications between yourself and Vekhi. We hold no responsibility for the functionality, privacy, or security practices of any other organization.
4. Your Choices, Permissions and Consents
You may opt out of the push notifications we may send you by changing the settings on your mobile device.
You may revoke any permission you previously granted to us, such as permission to access your camera, camera roll, or microphone through the settings on your mobile device.
You may delete your User Content (except published) within the Apps at any time, in such a case it will be deleted from stored within a reasonable time technically necessary to process your choice.
Where required under applicable law:
— we may process your personal information for some purposes based on your consent, with which you may refuse or which you may withdraw at any time;
— we may provide you with information relating to storage information and gaining access to information stored on your device, inter alia about the purposes of the processing, and offer you the right to refuse such processing.
5. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights related to your personal information, including:
1. Access Information: Obtain details on how we have collected and used your personal information. This information is provided in this Privacy Policy, so you do not need to request it separately.
2. Access Personal Data: Request a copy of the personal information we have collected about you. If applicable, we will provide this information in a portable, machine-readable, and easily usable format.

Any updates to this Privacy Policy will become effective once the new terms are posted on the Site and/or after the changes are implemented on the Apps and Site (or as otherwise specified at the time of posting).
